PROGRAM IS FREE TO ALL BASIC MEMBERS! This is our Introductory Knee Ability program. This program can be scaled and repeated to help maintain knee strength and eliminate jumper's knee pain. This program is a pre-requisite for Knee Ability Standards. This two-week program will familiarize you with all of the exercises and movements that are required to understand knee ability and fix your knee pain!
